Not Getting ChangeData for specific Account when we know we have made changes

Hi all, For the Period *2015-12-11 09:56:00* until *2015-12-15 14:00:02, *so that is from last Friday morning until this afternoon, our sync requests for a particular account have been telling us that there is no changed data for the account. We request a sync for each of our accounts every 15
