I believe this would be the correct behavior, since you are using the
BROAD match on your exclusions. I don't see the use case for finding
keywords suggestions for "make money" that don't contain words broadly
related to "make" or "money".

I tested it and it looks much better but still not 100%.
When i'm searching for "make money" with exclude of "make" and "money"
it returned 0 results (before the bug we had results).

with.

This feature worked until 1-2 days ago.
When using ExcludedKeywordSearchParameter to exclude the same term we
search for - there are no results returned.
For example, if we search for "forex" and exclude "forex", instead of
displaying "currency trading", "fx", "foreign exchange" etc, like
10 matches
