Case ID generated from the compliance team in the format 0-0###0
(if there is any generated): but we didn't receive any email.

I've submitted the form to grant my developper token to get data from real
account.
>From test account the basic level. But i've no answer!
I've sent an email in October and asked twice in 15 days but still i do
not receive any answer.
