That report definition seems to be to old for me to find it in the logs, if
you don't mind pasting the report definition XML I can try to reproduce the
report on my side.
In the meantime I recommend you trying with the new Criteria reports which
is not reserved to only keyword but

Sorry for the late response.
I have had some progress with this. It appears that the campaign with
the missing data is a remarketing campaign.
Should remarketing campaign data show under the 300 keyword?
If not, is there any way to retrieve content network data for
remarketing campaigns?
