error OperationAccessDenied.MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT when
trying to execute a mutate operation with the AdGroupAdService on a regular
ExpandedTextAd.
The campaign is a regular Search campaign and I couldn't find any different
