We are having the same issue. I can use a location ID for the US or a specific city without any issues. But using a location ID for a postal code results in: TargetingIdeaError.INVALID_SEARCH_PARAMETERS Are postal codes not a valid location for this service? On Monday, September 29, 2014 at 5:13
