to fetch the lead form data. Asset-based extension performance statistics can
be requested from the asset_field_type_view report.

Thank you for reaching out. Please use this feature on the production account
instead. The test accounts do not serve real ads so it does not make sense to
use this feature on the test accounts.

I am able to create lead form asset but getting error when assigning the
lead form asset to campaign in campaign asset using API as described here
