Hi Sunil,
API access requires that you have an MCC account, and you cannot
create an MCC account with the same credentials as your AdWords
account. If you already have another MCC you can use that to sign up
for API access.

Hi All,
I am looking for a solution for the following
- I have a account with Adwords which was created after being invited
by my manager(who has a billing enabled account). The account creation
went through fine and I now have a Adwords account.
- As a developer, I now need Adwords API access.
