Hi Joshua,
The CampaignTargetService unfortunately doesn't support paging, but you can
use the campaignIds field of the selector to limit the results to only
certain campaigns and return a smaller result set.

that's much more informative than that of five days ago -
SizeLimitError.RESPONSE_SIZE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED
I believe the general advice for this error is to use Paging but I
don't see it supported in v201008's CampaignTarge

consistently encountering an InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR.
It has never happened to any other accounts that I've been working with and
waiting to retry the request doesn't seem to solve the issu
