You can use campaign performance report for this:
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#campaign
Please note you can run report for one account at a time only. You will
need to run it for every account individually and merge data on the client
side.

What type of data do you want to get?
This is not best idea but you can get list of clients under MCC account and
go through it to get list of their campaigns.
