My developer token was suspended for billing. When it was reactivated four hours later, all keyword requests with location and language params set, return this error: CriterionError.INVALID_CRITERION_ID @ selector.searchParameters[0].locations[0], CriterionError.INVALID_CRITERION_ID @ selector
