The Google Ads API unfortunately does not have a report that returns all
available timezones. You will need to download the CSV from here, and store the
values into your local database, and then later reference it when creating your
accounts.

i need to do this programmatically. This is for a proccess that will create
many accounts. The list of accounts to create its an example of the input.
Can you come up with a method?
