I would like to add that I've already played around with the
`IsTargetingLocation` field to see whether setting `IsTargetingLocation =
false`, `IsTargetingLocation = true` or `IsTargetingLocation IN [true,
false]` would have any influence in getting the correct values, but no
luck...
