lots of automatic placements (youtube.com, etc.) with clicks. But when I

As far as I know, you should be able to use the CriteriaParameters field in
the Click Performance Report to get both managed and automatic placements.

The CriteriaParameters ("Keyword / Placement") field of the Click
Performance Report shows the keyword for each GclId. I assume it also
shows manual placements (we only have a handful of these, with no recent
clicks). Is there a way for this report to include the automatic placement
for each
