Thanks for sending over the download URL. I downloaded the results and I
don't see any issues with the XML. Have you tried the download for the
failed batch jobs more than once, by any chance? I'm curious if it
succeeded on retry.

I have some issues with the new BatchJobMutate. Found similar issues, but
with other reasons (e.g. 503 Service Unavailable).
My stack:
