1) Customer 721-369-6225: I saw 6 recommendations "6 ad groups do not have
any keywords" and 13 recommendations "13 ad groups do not have any ads".
2) Customer Id 294-644-4402: Many recommendations in UI, but seems API
supports limited kinds of recommendations.
