Are you saying that back in Nov. 5 your reports only got deleted keywords,
not active or paused ones? or that today you are not getting deleted
keywords along with the rest?
I just ran a report and got all keywords with all statuses, using the same

I believe setting the date prevents the zeroImpression parameter, so you
still are getting only non-zero rows.
