API version v201302 was sunset on November 8th.

I have problem with new PHP libraries in version 4.6.1. I actualy use
Adwords Api in version 201302 from 4.0.1 libraries. When I try change it to
v201302 from 4.6.1 and use CustomerSyncService, i get
exception CustomerSyncError.INVALID_CAMPAIGN_ID. What was change in this
new version
