Hi,
Account creation and MCC linking are not available via the API, and
must be done via the AdWords web interface. Once the accounts are
created and linked you need only to change the clientEmail or
clientCustomerId header in your requests to work against the new
account.

I am trying to build an application to manage ad campaigns for my
customers using API. However since I can add only 25 campaigns to an
account, I wanted to ask if it is possible to create and add another
account to my MCC account using API calls? If yes, please guide me to
the documentation
