I have a similar problem when calling API with google-ads-api to set
Maximize conversion bidding strategy. Can you help me solve this problem?

I'm using Google ads V8 PHP API for responsive display ad & App promotion
(install only). If am setting any target cost then its working for both.
But if i want to set default "Maximize conversion" strategy, its not
working. As in google ads web UI, if any cost not set then it apply
