Can't found conversion action id for offline confersion

I'm trying to make a service for sending offline conversions to my google ads account. When creating a goal, I choose the type - Import. I am not given any identifier for such a target, although it is given when creating a web target. How can I fill in the ID conversion field? -- -- =~=~=~=~=~
