Hi,
The v200909 version of the API only supports filtering by a single
campaignId:
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/reference-v200909/AdGroupService.AdGroupSelector.html
To use multiple campaignIds you need to use the v201003 version of the
API.
