When creating a remote campaign on Google Ads on 2021-04-21, we request
end_date = "2021-04-28", but the created campaign has end_date =

I think this may be a timezone issue (depending on the timezone of the
account versus the API servers, 4/30 may actually be in the past from the
servers perspective). In any case, you shouldn't need to send the endDate
of a campaign in a mutate request unless you are changing the dat
