For Feeds, AdGroups, and Campaigns the duplicate name check is limited to
ACTIVE/ENABLED and PAUSED objects. The comparison is case-sensitive for
AdGroups and Campaigns, and case-insensitive for Feeds. For AdGroups, the
uniqueness check is limited to other AdGroups in the same Campaig
