As previously mentioned by Teejay from this guide, you can only adjust online
conversions if you've used a transaction ID with your transactions. Google Ads
uses the combination of transaction ID and conversion action name in your
spreadsheet to id
Thanks for your response. While uploading the call conversions, neither the
CallConversion object nor the ConversionAdjustment object supports setting
the transaction ID. Would appreciate it if you can point to sample code for
setting it during the initial upload and then as part of adjustment.
