As above, we're getting back TOO_MANY_OPERATIONS_IN_JOB when trying to create a bulk job using 201109 BulkMutateJobService. The request fail as we go over 500,000 operations, but the documentation implies we should be able to get 100 request parts each with 10,000 operations:
