Hey,
For the migration of the reports, I am trying to get the boomuserlist and
uservertical parameters.
Seems that the boomuserlist is inside the parameter:
ad_group_criterion.user_list.user_list
But I cant find the uservertical.
Anyone can assist me? Thanks

cannot see it on the 'Audience lists' in the shared library.
How come I can add a non existing audience and what does this list mean
exactly?
I read the other posts about boomuserlist but I couldn't find a thorough
answer.

Now that we're using the Criteria report ( as not all 'keywords' are in the
'keyword' report ), we're seeing some undocumented things like
boomuserlist:x appearing. Is there are way to get more information on
booms? If possible, we'd convert these to something useful that users could

I believe that I should only be seeing: Exact, Broad and Phase values

Hi,
A boomuserlist in this report corresponds to a CriterionUserList in
the API:
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupCriterionService.CriterionUserInterest.html
This is the criterion type used to associate UserLists (Audiences)
with an ad group.

I have been reading about the fact that we should just ignore the
keyword "boomuserlist" when it appears in analytics, but it shows
statistics and I am just wondering what it is? Have we been paying
for people to come to our site with keywords that don&

of your keywords and placements then these rows can be ignored, as
they are neither.

I read several threads from earlier this year regarding "BoomUserList"

Since I still see these types does the recommendation still stand?

Hi Ian,
I don't believe the data in the BoomUserList rows is counted in the
"Total Content Targeting", since it is a different kind of targeting.
Does this correlate with the data you are seeing?

This seems to be affecting Image Placement Campaigns - I'm getting
Keyword: boomuserlist::26707
Matchtype: BoomUserList

The actual performance data appears to be correct.

Hi Pete,
Yes, you can safely ignore this type of criterion as well. I'm still

Just out of curiosity.
Were the keywords of type BoomUserList special in any way?

When I create a Keyword Structure report for one of our clients, I get

What is this?
