To run addCampaigns.php, you need to populate clientId field in your
App.config with that of an AdWords account. See

GetclientCustomerId.php should have a string
like INSERT_EMAIL_ADDRESS_HERE. Replace the string with your account's
login email.

I am using PHP client library aw_api_php_lib_3.1.0.
