I see that some of the ad groups in your account come from app campaigns.
Unfortunately, the Ad Group Performance Report doesn't support app campaigns.
The only app campaign reports for AdWords API are the ones listed here. You
will need to use Google Ads API to get app campaign data

Hi Prasad,
Can you check if you are missing the records where AdGroupStatus is
'Limited by budget'. When I have generated the same and missed some data
and then found out that the data where AdGroupStatus is 'Limited by
budget' is not being pulled.

Hi All,
Using Adwords API, I generated a report to Ad group performance data with
the dimensions and metrics listed below.
When I compared this data against the data in UI(Reports-->
PredefinedReports --> Basic --> Ad Group), I do not see some of the "Ad
Group" (UI) values reported in "AdGroup
