our v13 code isn't working to update AdGroup statuses. I figure we
may as well update the code to 200909. The following code isn't
working. any feedback?

I want to know, if I set KeywordMaxCPC in adgroup object, and updating the
ad goup, whether keyword's MaxCpc value is updated, or only adgroup's data
is updated?
