After, lost much time in investigation, I use ruby script to code site
suggestion tool and it's work good.
I think that google official perl lib does not work for
TargetingIdeaService.

Thanks for your reply, but I know all these examples. I try a lot of
combination to do like php or python example and it is never work.
I use perl lib for other services without problem. if you can talk
about it with api.jeffy or api.sgrinberg it will be great.

I don't know if or when a perl example will be available for that
service. In the mean time I recommend you look at the existing perl
examples:

and the Python example for the TargetingIdeaServ

similar PHP example though that you may find helpful:
