The KeywordToolService has been replaced by the TargetingIdeaService:
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/v2009/docs/reference/TargetingIdeaService.html
The TrafficEstimatorService has not yet been migrated to the v2009
version of the API, and for the time being you should keep using the
bump. anyone?
