I need the data through the API in real time so that I can process the
information directly through my app. So the AdWords UI option wouldn't
work. I also need the keyword and ad group IDs. The structure report

If you want information on ALL of your keywords, then use the
Structure Report in the report service. If you can deal with only
getting information on those that have had activity, then you can just
schedule an automated report in the adWords UI and have it mailed to
