I think I did not mention one important point: The problem is not
persistent, only frequent. Sometimes I _am_ able to download the
report and sometime I am not, which is why I thought it might be an
API problem.
Also, I upgraded to 2.1.4 on dev environment. Still the same problem.

the Ruby httpclient library has in reading the response data. I don't
