I have been waiting for 6 weeks now myself and - Eric Koleda from the
AdWords API Team says i have to put comments here in order for anything to

The Application tokens associated with your GMail account have been
approved. Apologies for the delay, as it does occasionally take longer
for our approvals team to process Application tokens that are
requested separately from Developer tokens.
