So I have my developers token and read that I can get an application
token by adding one in the AdWords API center. When I go here:
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords
and click access your AdWords API Center, I get access denied because
my access level isn't correct and I chould contact myself.
The Google Sandbox documentation states the Application Token is
ignored.
When using Apility, the ApilityManager constructor checks for presence
of the application token as well as other vars to decide whether to
use those vars or default to the authentication.ini file.
