Hi Eric & Rob,
I read this thread and I have the same issue. I need to update company name
account via the API, how can I do so?
When I create accounts the name field is being ignored and I have no
control of the content that will be used for that.
Is there anyway I can edit it?
Thanks!

Hi Rob,
Thanks for passing along these details. I'll work with the documentation
team to make that information more visible.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for confirming. I figured that would be the answer to the first
couple of problems and my workarounds will have to remain in place for a

Hi Rob,
As far as I know, and from what my testing indicates, the fields available
in the ServicedAccountService are exactly what you are looking for:
Account.companyName = Company Name
Account.login = Primary Login
Link.descriptiveName = Account Name
Let me know if you see cases where these do
Hi,
Could someone please explain why it's not possible to get the name of
an account from the API? When trying to pull a list of accounts from
an agency MCC, it's almost impossible to differentiate between them
unless you log into the web portal and note down the numeric customer
ID.
The "descri
