Thanks for the answer. We are able to see the standard access for our
main MCC, We are really got stuck with this issue since more than 3
days :(

Hi Nidhin,
This depends on the login email you are using to generate the AuthToken.
Login to your MCC account, navigate to My Account->Account Access and see
what access levels your login has.

We have a main MCC and under that MCC we have many mCC's and Accounts.
I have tried GetServicedAccountService API call and i got the result
for the account as below.

Hi Nidhin,
Did you check if your MCC has standard/admin rights on the account you are
managing? Or is it readonly access? AdWords API follows the same set of
permissions as AdWords, so not having write permissions on an account is
one reason for ADD_OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED.
