I've tried that example and succeeded to find out my real clientId in
Sandbox! I've misunderstood that Sandbox doesn't distinguish Ids from
Emails.

Yes, comment out ClientEmail in your config file, it is not allowed any
more. Use ClientCustomerIdin instead. You can get Ids by running
GetAccountHierarchy example.
