But strangely only for certain accounts. Some of the accounts are even EDT
(new york).

So in updating, one of the things I'm doing is creating a "corrector" which
goes and finds the historical statistics that are off by 1 and updating

During our upgrade process, we have been comparing what is in our database

We are seeing occasionally a different number of impressions in items.
