How can I get Location by the specified country code for LocationSearchParameter? (I use it as SearchParameter for AdWordsService.V201109.TARGETING_IDEA_SERVICE) Previously(v201008) I have worked with CountryTargetSearchParameter and used this code: CountryTarget country = new CountryTarget();
