Can you please confirm it's possible to have multiple developer tokens
corresponding to a single MCC account? (since the developer token is
used to identify unique developers, I'm assuming this is going to be
so, but I need this confirmed)

Either way, i keep getting the error response that can be seen below

Hi Eric
as mentioned above, we had a similar problem, which we resolved as
described above. I suspect this is a 'trap' that a lot of developers
who are working with your api are likely to fall into, so it might be
helpful to provide some messages in your error reporting which might
give some clue
