AdWords API Budget amount issue

We are writing something at the moment to get key metrics out of the Adwords API interface. We are trying to get the "budget amount" (as seen below) out. This is not the daily budget, which we can get out ok, but the total amount we are authorising Google to spend on the account. Agreement

AdWords API VBA passing headers to API
