Within the last 30 minutes this problem seems to have stopped
occurring.
Could somebody from Google confirm if this has been fixed on their
side?
We haven't changed anything in our code for it to start working again.

We don't have multiple exclamation marks, but it is possible that we
are violating a different policy and it is giving us this error
message incorrectly.
It is worrying that it is still creating the Ads even though it is
