Is the statuses inconsistency between the webservices and reports still an
issue? Is your advice of always specifying the statuses still valid?

Every keyword has a 'pop-up' on the UI that shows this data:
- Displaying ads right now?
- Expected CTR
- Ad relevance
- Landing page experience
Is this data available via the API? I know this is a recent UI change so
most likely not available, but thought I'd check.
