Does anyone know if this is the conversion time or the upload time?
The wording *seems* to indicate conversion time, but it is not 100% clear.

I'm having similar problems with using php v201008 api. The code works
fine on our local dev server, but not on the live server. Teik please
comment back if you've found the problem.
