Any chance that this is already available somewhere in the API? I couldn't
found anything but maybe this data could be retrieved from API using
several requests to various endpoints?

I'm currently using API in V201509.
Is there a way to get via API any information about user (like email) who
*created* or *updated* given campaign (or AdGroup). Only place I found it
so far is in web UI in Change History.
My mail goal is to detect "invalid" campaigns names via API and send
