We changed our manager account type from "Independent API access" provision
to "Agency/SEM access" provision and that solve the issue.

I've been consistently getting an UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR when using
the googleads-java-lib to make a request to the AdWords CustomerService.
Any idea on what might be missing?
