I am wondering if there is a better way to build the xml other than
doing it manually as you are doing in your example. I knew that the
ReportDefinition service is no longer available, but I find it hard to
believe that there is nothing in the API to help in building the xml.
I have been seeing the same thing happening to my reports as well.
