I can find the 'installs' and "In-app actions" column in *Campains*(
https://ads.google.com/aw/campaigns), Ad *Groups*(
https://ads.google.com/aw/adgroups) and *Assets*(
https://ads.google.com/aw/assetreport/assets/app).
And the values are the same for Ad Groups and Campaigns, not A
